“Ready for pickup” — how long do you have?

Your parcel is waiting at a pickup point or locker with an expiry clock. Don't miss it.

What you need

Usually the tracking number plus ID; for lockers, the pickup code the carrier sends by SMS/email. Pickup points hold parcels 7–15 days depending on carrier.

If someone else picks it up

Most carriers accept an authorised person with their ID and the pickup code, or a signed authorisation. Check the carrier's terms first.

If you can't make it

Request a hold extension or a redelivery from the carrier's app before the deadline — after expiry the parcel starts its return journey.

Frequently asked questions

Why is it at a pickup point and not my door?
Common reasons: nobody home on attempts, signature required, oversized parcel, or a shipping option that includes pickup delivery.
What if the pickup code never arrives?
Check spam folders, or call the pickup point with your tracking number and ID — they can look it up.
Does the clock include weekends?
Yes, calendar days. Act as soon as you get the notification.
