How do I find my tracking number?
It's in your order confirmation email, the store app, or the “shipment” section of the marketplace order. It usually looks like RR123456785CN, 1Z8V92A70367203024 or a 12–20 digit code.
Why doesn't my number work on some carrier sites?
Cross-border parcels change carriers: the number that works at the origin courier doesn't at the last-mile one. TrackFlow stitches both into a single timeline so you always see the current holder.
